Write to [email protected]. Tell us which device you use (iPad or Mac), what you were doing, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps.
Send feedback from the app
In the library, use the feedback button in the toolbar, or open Settings and choose Send feedback. On a Mac it is also under Help ▸ Send Feedback….
The app puts together your note, a screenshot and its logs in one file, and nothing is sent until you choose where it goes. Your pattern PDFs are never included.
Testing the beta
If you are testing Design Wall through TestFlight, you can also send feedback from the TestFlight app: open Design Wall there and choose Send Beta Feedback.
Purchases and refunds
Apple handles billing and refunds for everything bought in the App Store, so please ask Apple for a refund.
